I hold an MFA in Graphic Design from the Rhode Island School of Design. With a background in music journalism and film, I create images, develop identities, tell stories, design and organize events, and do almost everything in between. I love collaborating with people who make me laugh and smile.

My work has been exhibited by Project No. 8 and RISD's Gelman Gallery, published by Draw Down Books, and written about by The Walker Art Center.

I currently create all sorts of things with L+L in Brooklyn, NY. I have worked with Small Stuff in NYC and with Washington, DC design studios The General Design Co. and ripe, in addition to the historic Smithsonian Folkways record label. Before that, I was producing interactive exhibition graphics and films for Gallagher & Associates.

Clients include Honey's Pizza, Smithsonian Folkways Records, The Rhode Island School of Design Illustration Department, Ahavah Consulting, DGS Delicatessen, Dolcezza Gelato, Children's National Hospital, WiC, The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, and The Woody Guthrie Center. I have also collaborated with NY-based design studio Small Stuff on numerous beer labels for the Brooklyn Brewery, Other Half.

From 2007 – 2014, I was Assistant Art Director and Senior Staff Writer at the Chicago-based music publication, Consequence of Sound, and a Contributing Writer at Washington Post Express throughout 2015.

I love talking to my favorite musicians. Favorites include conversations with Stephen Malkmus, Bill Callahan, and Phil Elverum.

My writing has been published by Consequence of Sound, The Washington Post Express, Noisey by Vice, Brightest Young Things, The Huffington Post, American Songwriter Magazine, Record Collector, SPIN, and TIME.

I would love to work with you.
